Video you might want to watch

Hey guys! It's OK here in my new school. I made some new friends already.
But anyway, I found this video on www.cdc.gov about well-being, which is the topic you guys are focusing on, so I figured you guys can use it to learn some stuff.

Letters During the Japanese Occupation By Noah

Dear Family,                                             December 9th 1941

How are you? Things here aren’t good.
Hong Kong is under siege by the Japanese. They have Jeeps, tanks and planes that are attacking Hong Kong. We dont have any planes because before we could get them off the ground, they were all blown up!

The Japanese base of Operations is in one of the many occupied hotels in Hong Kong. They are sneak attacking at night and we are out numbered and no help is coming. The other Canadian, British and Italian soldiers are very miserable and upset. We don't have enough supplies and we are low on ammunition.

People are scared out of their wits. They barricade themselves inside their homes with furniture, boxes and other heavy pieces of junk.

I miss you all, I wish I was with your right now. I am afraid that I will never see you again.

Love Nick

Book Review - Shine By Candy Gourlay

This amazing, though scary novel is about a not so ordinary girl. Rosa lives in Mirasol, a place where it never stops raining. Rosa has the Calm, just like her mother had. On Mirasol only a few have the Calm. If you have the Calm you cant speak, and are known as ' A MONSTER'. The people of Mirasol are very superstitious, about ghosts mostly. Rosa tries everything to get her mother back,or at least, her mothers ghost. Rosa lives her life on the internet, where she can be whoever she would like to be.

If you like mystery stories, where anything can happen, then this is the book for you!

I think the Reader is trying to say that you can't just judge someone by their size, shape or the way they look,it's about who they REALLY are.
